From the micro-bakeries of Melissa (me, the daughter) and Peg (my momma) a collaborative line of baked goods made with the most glorious of grains.
The Sourdough Stand in Columbus, Ohio and local retailers, carry this line of delicious sourdough goods made with wild yeasts and love.
The grains are sourced from North American farms and carefully milled in our bakeries to preserve the natural benefits of these glorious grains. We love to use Spelt, Khorasan & Einkorn whole wheat berries and source as locally as possible.
